Nevermind — Privacy Policy & Support
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Privacy
Nevermind does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking.
Your data stays on your device. Tasks, notes, history, and settings are stored only on your iPhone. The app’s widget and Live Activity read the same on-device data to show your current task.
Voice dictation. On supported devices (iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence), you can speak your tasks. Speech is turned into text and split into tasks using Apple’s on-device speech recognition and on-device Apple Foundation Models. Your voice and transcripts are not sent to us or to any server we operate. Microphone and speech recognition access are used only while you are dictating, and only after you allow them.
Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push servers are involved.
Export and import. If you export your data, the file is saved wherever you choose (for example, Files or iCloud Drive). We never receive it.
Crash reports. If you have chosen in iOS settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may provide anonymous crash reports to us. This is controlled by you in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Deleting your data. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.
Children. Nevermind does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
